Client & Third-Party Review Policy

Mandatory requirements governing reviews, review solicitation, and third-party reputation platforms

๐Ÿ“Œ 8.1 Purpose & Scope

This policy governs how employees, contractors, and representatives may engage with online reviews, forums, and third-party reputation platforms โ€” including Forex Peace Army (FPA). Every review associated with WeMasterTrade must be:

  • Genuine โ€” written by a real client from their own experience
  • Independent โ€” not influenced, directed, or pressured by anyone at WMT
  • Honest โ€” not incentivized, rewarded, or tied to any account action
  • Uncompensated โ€” no benefit offered or implied in exchange for a review
โš ๏ธ
Stricter Standard Applies

Where this policy is stricter than a platform's own rules (e.g. FPA's), WeMasterTrade's policy takes precedence.

Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, representatives, and interns โ€” from their first day, across every department โ€” and covers all reviews, ratings, testimonials, and social media content relating to WeMasterTrade.

๐Ÿข
Applies Across All Entities

WeMasterTrade, WeCopyTrade, and all related companies โ€” all offices and remote staff.

๐Ÿšซ 8.2 Prohibited Review Activity

The following actions are strictly prohibited for all employees and contractors, without exception:

8.2.1 โ€” Employee & Contractor Reviews

Employees and contractors must never submit, modify, or rate a client review of WeMasterTrade โ€” even if they are also a genuine client, and even to test or troubleshoot the platform.

8.2.2 โ€” Undisclosed Company Affiliation

Employees must not present themselves online as independent clients or users. Any authorized participation in forums on WMT's behalf must disclose that relationship โ€” though disclosure never permits submitting a review.

8.2.3 โ€” Non-Client Solicitation

Reviews must never be requested from:

  • Employees or contractors
  • IBs, affiliates, or partners
  • Vendors or anyone with a commercial interest in WMT's reputation

8.2.4 โ€” No Compensation or Incentives

No compensation, reward, or advantage may be offered or implied in exchange for submitting, updating, or publishing a review, or for a particular rating.

โŒ
Prohibited Incentives Include:

Cash ยท discounts ยท coupons ยท credits ยท bonuses ยท points ยท free products ยท priority support ยท faster withdrawals ยท preferential treatment ยท faster ticket handling ยท any benefit tied to review activity

A simple thank-you after a voluntary review is fine, provided no benefit is offered. Customer service must never depend on whether a client submits a review.

8.2.5 โ€” No Rating or Sentiment Direction

Review requests must ask only for an honest review. The following are prohibited:

Prohibited WordingWhy It's Prohibited
"Please leave us a 5-star review."Directs a specific rating
"Please leave a positive review."Directs sentiment
"Please tell everyone how good our service is."Directs talking points
"Please mention how quickly we processed your payout."Directs specific content

The request should only ever invite an honest review โ€” nothing more.

8.2.6 โ€” No Connection to Account Actions or Disputes

A review request must never be linked to any account action, including:

  • Withdrawals, deposits, or verification
  • Restrictions, disputes, or complaints
  • Refunds or support tickets

Employees must not suggest a review could improve or speed up how WMT handles a client's matter.

8.2.7 โ€” No Mass Solicitation

WeMasterTrade must never run bulk or mass review campaigns, including mass email, SMS, Discord/Telegram announcements, or any automated request likely to trigger a sudden wave of reviews.

๐Ÿ“‹
Limits on Individual Solicitation
  • No more than 2โ€“3 clients per week per requester
  • No simultaneous campaigns across departments
  • All requests must be logged in the Review Request Log

8.2.8 โ€” No Support-Triggered Requests

Support staff must not routinely ask for a review just because a ticket was resolved, verification completed, a payout processed, or a client had a positive interaction.

8.2.9 โ€” No Pressure While Client Is Present

Employees must not pressure or prompt a client to submit a review while physically present at a WMT office. Any invitation must let the client decide independently, without observation.

โœ… 8.3 Permitted Review Requests

Review solicitation is permitted only where every requirement in Section 8.2 is met.

Eligible Clients

Before contacting a client, the requester must confirm the client:

  • Is a genuine client โ€” not an employee, contractor, IB, or affiliate
  • Has a meaningful relationship with WeMasterTrade
  • Has no pending account dispute

  • Any attempt to manipulate a review platform

Evidence must never be concealed or altered.

๐Ÿ”ด
Consequences of Violation

This applies without exception, regardless of intent, seniority, or role. The conduct will be documented and reported to the Office of the CEO.

Policy Owner & Review

This policy is owned by the Office of the CEO and is reviewed at least annually, and immediately after any material incident, platform warning, or violation. Where a platform's rules are stricter, WeMasterTrade may impose additional controls pending formal review.
